Saut\u00e9 minced garlic with thawed shrimp until shrimp is just cooked, around 5 minutes.  Transfer shrimp to a plate.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/li><li><div class=\"gourmet-recipe-instruction-count\"><div class=\"gourmet-recipe-instruction-count-inner\"><span>3<\/span><\/div><\/div><div class=\"entry-content\"><p>Saut\u00e9 onions in olive oil until tender.  Add bell peppers and turkey sausage.  Cover and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.  Deglaze the skillet with a bit of chicken broth if veggies or sausage are sticking.  <\/p>\n<\/div><\/li><li><div class=\"gourmet-recipe-instruction-count\"><div class=\"gourmet-recipe-instruction-count-inner\"><span>4<\/span><\/div><\/div><div class=\"entry-content\"><p>Add the zucchini, yellow squash, along with tomato paste and chicken broth.  Stir to combine.  <\/p>\n<\/div><\/li><li><div class=\"gourmet-recipe-instruction-count\"><div class=\"gourmet-recipe-instruction-count-inner\"><span>5<\/span><\/div><\/div><div class=\"entry-content\"><p>Add all seasonings, stir well.  Cook for 5 to 7 minutes until the sauce is thickened and squashes are tender.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/li><li><div class=\"gourmet-recipe-instruction-count\"><div class=\"gourmet-recipe-instruction-count-inner\"><span>6<\/span><\/div><\/div><div class=\"entry-content\"><p>Stir in shrimp and cook for another 3 to 5 minutes.
